Required to have a CDL and valid state license to drive a school bus. Must obey all traffic laws. Observes all mandatory safety regulations for school buses. Maintains discipline on bus, and reports undisciplined students to proper authorities. Keeps assigned bus clean. Keeps to assigned schedule. Checks bus before each scheduled trip for mechanical defects. Transports only authorized students.  Transports students on activity trips over 45 miles.
